HYPPADEC inaugurate Servicom Officers

Hydro Power Producing Area Development Commission (HYPPADEC) has inaugurated its Servicom Officers to enhance effective, efficient, quality, timely and honest service delivery to the citizens of the affected communities.

The Managing Director of HYPPADEC, Alhaji Abubakar Sadiq Yelwa made this known at the inauguration and sensitization of Servicom Officers by the National Coordinator of Servicom in Minna.

He said that this was aimed at ensuring they do what is expected of them towards service delivery for optimal results in a very transparent manners.

Represented by the Director, finance and administration, Mr Jimoh Haruna who commended Servicom for ensuring it becomes a phenomenal in the country to the benefit of the society.

In his remarks, the Niger State Head of Service HOS, Engr Abubakar Salisu applauded the management of the Commission for leaving to the expectations of the people through vigorous pursued of its mandates by intervening in various sectors of community hardships across the 6 states of the HYPPADEC.

The SERVICOM National Coordinator, Mrs Nnena Akaegemili said that the mandate is to promote excellent service delivery through sustainable use of Servicom to develop and implement charter development in the system.

She however lauded the live transformation achievements and performances recorded by the HYPPADEC thus far by proffering solutions to numerous problems confronting the annual flooding communities in the 6 states of the federation.

Akaegemili than challenged the inaugurated officers to imbibe principle of quality, timely and accessing service delivery, embarked on training and retraining as well as to manage the internal and external demands.

The inaugurated officers were asked to pledge their services to the citizens timely, honestly, transparently, effective manners to enhance good feedback.
