DuoDrive – The latest generation of IE5+ PMSM motors integrated into a single-frame, single-stage helical gear unit housing. DuoDrive features a power range of 0.5 HP – 2HP, output speeds of up to 1000 rpm, max output torque of 700 lb-in, and speed ratios from 3.24 – 16.2:1. Ideal for washdown environments, these innovative gear units are compact, quiet, and highly efficient.

NORDAC ON/ON+ – Developed to meet the special requirements of horizontal conveyor technology, as well as for interaction with NORD’s new IE5+ synchronous motors (NORDAC ON+). These VFDs are characterized by an integrated Ethernet interface, full Plug-and-Play capabilities, and a very compact design.

IE5+ Synchronous Motors – NORD’s IE5+ motors offer 0.47 – 1.5 HP and 14.2 – 42.5 lb-in. of torque in a single motor frame with several industry-standard mounting options. Designed for compatibility with NORD’s modular gear units, this motor allows the number of variants to be reduced significantly, making systems easier to maintain and saving Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) costs.
