In the Spring of 2006 I had the opportunity to work with the Boys & Girls Club of the East Valley Komatke Branch in taking part in painting “BIG CHIEF� Russel Moore. In honoring Mr. Moore (GRIC) hosted an event in Chandler, Arizona at its new Rawhide Facility. >

“BIG CHIEF� Russel Moore was Pima from the Gila River Indian Community. He also played the Trombone and toured with Sinatra across the U.S. with him and his band.
