Varietal Extra Virgin Olive Oil Greek Koroneiki
Robust and flavorful with a peppery finish, Koroneiki is an olive varietal that is considered top tier for its high antioxidant level. Good for sautéing vegetables over low heat or drizzling on a bagel in the morning. Beautiful emerald green color.
Early Harvest
Zak and Charlie went out to California during the beginning of the olive harvest, to find their favorite early harvest California olive oil. This arbequina Extra virgin olive oil is absolutely amazing: it starts smooth and fruity and ends peppery and robust. This is a must-have for any olive oil lover.

Chilean Picual
The hojiblanca olive (“white leaf”) is a prized possession for it delivers a fresh flavor of ripe fruit and green grass. This is the newest Pure Mountain offering and it shouldn’t be missed. Its high polyphenol count makes it great for cooking and its full taste makes it stand great by itself.
Moroccan Picholine
Flavored & Infused Olive Oil
Flavor is intense, with fresh herb notes and a slight peppery finish. A nice olive oil for salad dressings or cooking.
The flavor debuts with the taste of ripe and green olives. This fruity olive oil works nicely in a salad dressing.
Spanish Blend
Arbequina, Picual, and Hojiblanca olives marries the unique flavor profiles. A flavorful oil but without the peppery finish. Works well with fish or other delicate foods.
