The 21st century is witnessing a rising trend in addictions all over the world including India, as a result of higher stress due to changes in lifestyles. Alcohol, tobacco and drug abuse has emerged as a serious concern in India. The tobacco kills nearly 60,00,000 people a year world over, around 10,00,000 in India. Approximately one person dies every six seconds due to tobacco and this accounts for one in 10 adult deaths. Up to half of current users will eventually die of a tobacco-related disease. The harmful use of alcohol results in 25,00,000 deaths each year. 3,20,000 young people between the age of 15 and 29 die from alcohol-related causes, resulting in 9% of all deaths in that age group. he campaign main objective is to create awareness and educate people about the ill-effects of alcoholism and substance abuse on the individual, the family, the workplace and society at large, to provide for the whole range of community based services for the identification, motivation, counselling & de-addiction.

ANALYSIS On 22nd February 2016, 2000 people approached us to eradicate Tobacco, Alcohol and Drugs Habit from themselves and took medicines from us. The consumption of Tobacco was more than alcohol and drugs. Within 10 days time many people were happy with the medicines and counseling provided by us and they approached us to get medicines on regular basis.
Day by Day the consumption of alcohol ,tobacco and Drugs was reduced. The consumption of medicines was around 200 bottles per day . The patients were reduced as they were getting cured. the project started on 22nd February 2016 & its still going on. Every morning Monday to Saturday from 8.30 am to 12.00 pm bk sisters and students of vile parle centre attend patients in cooper hospital and every one is benefitted . Our aim is to eradicate addiction.
