Letter from your LTG I hope that everyone has had a good time in school because its finally almost over, and summer will soon begin. That doesn't mean, however, that Key Club pauses until next year. Try to keep volunteering through out the summer! I would recommend waiting until after finals thought, because if they are like mine they will kill you if you dont pay attention.

Burlington Edison Club Visit! This was the last meeting that is going to be held this school year, so we did it with a bang, We invited our Kiwanis and had a badminton competion of sorts. There was cake and an overall celebration of the achievements that had been made through out the year
Club News!
Burlington-Edison Every year Burlington-Edison Highschool collaborates with its Kiwanis, to hold the annual Salmon Barbeque, this event is held for the local community and is something that is always looked forward too. Having personally worked this event, I can say that it is very fulfilling and the food that is served is always tasty.
Marysville Getchuel Marysville is planning and preparing for the summer months. They are very active in general. At the moment they are planning a park movie with their Kiwanis, this fundraiser is their main concern right now and are continuing to plan it
Mount Vernon Mount Vernon does not have a lot of stuff going on this month either, what they are doing this month however they are working on future plans that involve their club. They are planning fundraisers and events that will benefit the community as well as the club
DCM Results A DCM was held for our division last month on the 26th, at the Burlington Edison high school Library. Few people showed up, but I think that it led to better discussion amongst those who showed up. Unfortunately I have no pictures, but the people who turned up were all nice and I'm really happy to have gotten to know them. We discussed the upcoming fundraisers and the Ideas for each club and the things that we could to improve individually. It lasted two hours, and I'm looking forward to the next DCM with hopefully more people
Summer Plans Ask your Board or Advisor about summer opportunity's, and projects that people could work on. Remember, Key club does not pause over the summer. You dont even have to volunteer with Key Club to Volunteer. Work with you local shelter, or at a soup kitchen. If your school has Varsity in Volunteerism all these event could count towards a letter Which could contribute to your future
