Te c h n i c a l d e t a i l s Materials used
This collection has been created using materials which guarantee functionality and durability. Only certified materials are used such as European cherry wood and lime. For the external parts of our furniture such as fronts, sides and tops we’ve used European cherry wood and veneered block board, using precious rosewood and/or cherry wood veneer of width:10/10. The solid wood frame has been veneered using rosewood/ or cherry wood of width: 10/10. For the realisation of the insides; the backs; the drawers and the shelves, wood such as ash; beech and birch, have been used, being particularly adapt to guarantee stability and durability of the product. The insides, underneath and tops are in block board with a solid wood frame: all of which are then veneered with Tanganyika of width: 10/10.
Technical building details
Our furniture is built using advanced technology with out forgetting the traditional ways and the knowledge of the antique “hand made” tradition of cabinet making. The small cracks or depressions that can be found over time are proof that solid wood has been used, and that being a natural element it is subject to exposure to climate changes. It is therefore advised to avoid direct exposure to heat sources. The inlays are completely hand made and for this reason, some imperfections may appear, being an integral part of the craftmanship.
Product modification
Carpanese Home reserves the right to effect all the modifications necessary to improve upon their products, without changing the overall character. In addition Carpanese Home reserves the right to remove or modify articles presented in the catalogue based on various needs and/or forces beyond their control.
C a r a t t e r i s t i c h e Te c n i c h e Materiali utilizzati
Per la realizzazione di questa collezione sono stati utilizzati materiali che garantiscono la migliore qualità di durata e funzionalità. Vengono utilizzate solo essenze, come ciliegio europeo e tiglio, la cui provenienza è certificata. Per le parti esterne dei nostri mobili come frontali, fianchi esterni o piani abbiamo utilizzato ciliegio europeo e listellare lastronato con pregiata impiallacciatura di Palissandro e/o Ciliegio di spessore 10/10. Il telaio in massello è stato lastronato con palissandro e/o ciliegio di spessore 10/10. Per la realizzazione degli interni, degli schienali, dei cassetti e dei ripiani sono stati impiegati legni come il frassino, il faggio e la betulla, particolarmente adatti a garantire stabilità e durata del prodotto. I fianchi interni, basi e piani sono in listellare con telaio in legno massello: il tutto viene lastronato con tanganika da 10/10.

Per l’assemblaggio dei nostri mobili utilizziamo tecnologie avanzate senza dimenticare le tecniche tradizionali usate dalle mani sapienti dell’antica ebanisteria italiana.

Le crepe o le avvallature che si possono verificare nel tempo sono una garanzia dell’impiego di legno massello che, essendo un corpo naturale, è soggetto ai cambiamenti climatici ai quali viene esposto. Pertanto, se ne sconsiglia l’esposizione diretta a fonti di calore. Le parti intarsiate sono interamente realizzate a mano e per questo motivo alcune imperfezioni possono scaturire proprio dalla manualità dalle quali vengoni prodotte.
Ver niciatura e finitura La tonalità di lucidatura che vi proponiamo nasce da uno studio scrupoloso realizzato tenendo conto della linea e delle essenze utilizzate per la realizzazione di questa collezione. Vengono utilizzate vernici all’acqua o nitrolacca dando particolare risalto alla patinatura ed alla finitura a gommalacca con l’impiego di cera d’api. Le finiture disponibili sono presenti sulla cartella “FINITURE” e sono puramente indicative: pertanto, prodotti acquistati in momenti diversi potrebbero mostrare variazioni di colore e tonalità. Si possono realizzare finiture particolari su campione fornito dal Cliente.
Va r n i s h i n g a n d f i n i s h e s
The tone and polish that we propose is born out of a scrupulous study keeping in mind the line and the basics used to make up this collection. Ecological water based varnishes are used or “nitro” lacquer giving a particular effect to the finish and to the rubber lacquer where bees wax is used. The available finishes are presented in the “FINISHES” folder, and are purely an indication: as such the products acquired at different times could show variations in colour and tone. Samples of one off finishes can be made for the client.
H a n d l e s, Key s, O p e n i n g s, Accessories The handles are in brass with a glossy chrome finish. As an alternative handles can be in “Murano” glass with precious silver leaf.

Maintenance and cleaning For the cleaning of our products, it is strongly advised not to use products containing alcohol. Use products specific for the cleaning of the windows and shelves: do not use abrasives. Dust the furniture using a dry cloth. Do not place heat-emitting objects on the surfaces. With regards to the padding it is advised to use specific products. Our products are not waterproof.
Manutenzione ordinaria e pulizia
Carpanese Home si riserva la facoltà di apportare tutte le modifiche che riterrà opportune al miglioramento dei propri prodotti senza modificarne l’aspetto caratteristico essenziale. Inoltre, Carpanese Home si riserva la facoltà di annullare o modificare gli articoli presenti in catalogo in base a diverse esigenze e/o cause di forza maggiore.
Per la pulizia dei nostri prodotti, si sconsiglia vivamente l’utilizzo di prodotti contenenti alcool o diluenti. Utilizzare prodotti specifici per la pulizia di vetri e ripiani: non utilizzare prodotti abrasivi. Spolverare i mobili con panni asciutti. Non appoggiare sui piani oggetti che emanano calore. Per quanto riguarda gli imbottiti, si consiglia l’utilizzo di prodotti specifici. Le nostre pelli non sono idrorepellenti.
Maniglie, Chiavi, Bocchette, Accessori Vari
Pelli
Le maniglie sono in ottone con finitura cromo lucido. In alternativa si possono usare maniglie in vetro di Murano impreziosite con foglia argento.
Morbide ed eleganti, le pelli selezionate sono interamente lavorate artigianalmente per dare ai nostri Clienti la garanzia di un prodotto interamente “fatto a mano”. Piccole imperfezioni come rugosità o piccole pieghe sono da ritenersi un pregio del prodotto e non un difetto, a garanzia della naturale qualità dei pellami utilizzati. La manualità di queste lavorazioni determina un risultato estetico assolutamente imprevedibile e per questo motivo non è possibile garantire un omogeneità di aspetto tra una partita e l’altra.
