MartiDerm transforma su producto insignia, las ampollas The Originals, ecodiseñadas con un nuevo formato, de 30 y de 10 ampollas, con el que reduce entre un 84 % y un 66 % respectivamente el plástico, sustituyéndolo por un material 100 % biocompostable proveniente del maiz. Este nuevo packaging forma parte del compromiso de la compañía para seguir avanzando en cuidar la salud de la piel y la del planeta (Smart Planet).

La marca de agua mineral natural de Galicia Cabreiroá apuesta por un envase sostenible hecho totalmente de fuentes renovables que, además, en su descomposición no genera residuos ni libera sustancias que afecten al medio ambiente. La botella está producida con PLA, un polímero biobasado, que tiene su origen en la caña de azúcar. Este material permite reducir el impacto negativo de los residuos plásticos en la salud del planeta, ya que su degradación en una planta de compostaje no genera residuos.

La botella de PLA se degradará al 100 % en un tiempo inferior a los 90 días. Las etiquetas también están hechas con PLA y son 100 % biodegradables y compostables. Se han empleado pigmentos orgánicos y tintas sostenibles.

The Galician natural mineral water brand Cabreiroá is committed to sustainable packaging made entirely from renewable sources that, in addition, does not generate waste or release substances that affect the environment when it decomposes. The bottle is produced with PLA, a biobased polymer, which originates from sugar cane. This material makes it possible to reduce the negative impact of plastic waste on the health of the planet, since its degradation in a composting plant does not generate waste.

Corpack developed a refill system for the bottle without changing the external shape. The packaging solves the challenge of sustainability by reducing the environmental impact using recyclable materials, with a refill system and a second use concept.

Aptar Beauty

FaiveleyTech, a través de su Unidad de Negocios de Belleza en la planta de fabricación de Orgelet, realizó el tapón de Icon. Al combinar PET y material reciclado, el tapón es parte de un enfoque de ecodiseño y circularidad, ya que es reciclable en los flujos existentes. Por su proceso de fabricación sobremoldeado y sin punto de inyección visible desde el exterior, también supone un desafío técnico. Se superaron las limitaciones de la forma redonda y el carácter monobloque masivo de la pieza. Otro reto fue la combinación entre el frasco y el tapón, que toma y reproduce los surcos del frasco. También adopta su color, un rosa mate y brillante, que juega con la transparencia y la ligereza.

FaiveleyTech, through its Beauty Business Unit at the Orgelet manufacturing plant, made the Icon cap. By combining PET and recycled material, the cap is part of an eco-design and circularity approach, as it is recyclable in existing flows. Due to its over-moulded manufacturing process and no externally visible injection point, it is also a technical challenge. The limitations of the round shape and the massive monobloc character of the piece were overcome. Another challenge was the combination between the bottle and the stopper, which takes and reproduces the grooves of the bottle. It also adopts its color, a matt and shiny pink, which plays with transparency and lightness.

Evolux is Aptar Beauty’s premium pump whose cartridge is POM-free and is adapted to the specifications features of next-generation formulations. For this new collaboration, Evolux’s pump is anodized in gold with the brand’s GG initials engraved on top of the actuator.
