POINT SOCIAL MEDIA PROPOSAL The intent of the proposal is to deliver a complete social media marketing solution designed to address the following business goals:

Enhance Awareness Point understands the essence of having your brand the focal point of new and existing customers who are requesting product/services of your nature. Point offers social media strategies to aid in spreading the word to potential users, simultaneously targeting influencers of existing users.

Improve Public Perception What customers and non-customers alike think and feel about your brand matters greatly. Point will work to build strong positive and influential PR that will by extension help to build brand loyalty and goodwill with customers.

Enhance Customer Service/Support These days, customers with problems or questions don’t always follow traditional routes of airing grievances or resolving issues. More and more, they are engaging in online and social media communities to communicate and request help. POINT will work to build good community management while providing enhanced customer service and support, by answering user’s questions and directing them down avenues to resolve any problems or issues.


Create Advocates Influencers are very important to the success of brands. While strong brand advocates sometimes appear on their own, successful community management involves discovering, identifying, and nurturing brand advocates and key influencers which is to our objectives.

Collect Analysis and Feedback POINT is aware that feedback on customer satisfaction on your product/service is of high importance for the operations of your business. We are also aware that the ability to identify opportunities to improve an existing product, or to understand successful enhancements for future products, can pay dividends. Acknowledging what a community says they want, extracting what they really need (which is not always aligned with their actual wants, and understanding what is their taste are, can help to increase adoption; extend an existing product’s life; or enhance the designs and features of the product to make more successful.

Educate Existing and Potential Users Educating existing and potential users can be integral to improving brand awareness, PR, and adoption. When users learn and understands the nature/feature of a product, how to use a product to their advantage, or even the creative history of the, they tend to be much more engaged. The product/service becomes useless if customers aren’t aware of the functionality and usage to effectively utilize it.


Drive Acquisition Perhaps the biggest goal is to increase acquisition. Depending on the business, this could be as simple as selling more widgets, gaining more eyeballs, or promoting institutional adoption. You want more people to purchase product, existing users to use it more often, and for your product/service to be the idolized standard for the industry.
