Designed for leaders at all levels, this book discussion group focuses on a New York Times “best practices” business book. Students complete the required readings and participate in online discussions facilitated by an organizational leadership trainer. Students are required to purchase Crucial Conversations: Tools for Talking When Stakes Are High (2nd edition) by Patterson, Grenny, McMillan and Switzler (ISBN: 978-0071775304) prior to the start of class.
