Автор проекта: Лугинина Полина Витальевна Руководитель: Лихачёва Алла Евгениевна Здание многофункционального делового центра представляет собой три сблокированных объёма разной этажности с подземной автостоянкой. Первый блок имеет размеры в осях 40,09 х 47,35 м и четыре надземных этажа высотой 4,0 и 3,5 м. Высота двух подземных этажей – 3,4 м. Функциональное назначение блока – апарт-отель. На 2,3 и 4 этажах расположены по 19 комфортных жилых номеров, при проектировании которых созданы условия для основных процессов жизнедеятельности: отдыха, сна, приема пищи, личной гигиены. На первом этаже отведено место под помещение для временного пребывания детей, кафе-бар, химчистку и помещения обслуживающего персонала. Второй блок имеет размеры в осях 41,3 х 94,4 м и два этажа высотой 4,0 и 4,2 м. Высота двух подземных этажей – 3,4 и 3,2 м. Функциональный состав блока: Выставочно-торговые помещения, Развлекательные, Спортивно-оздоровительные помещения. Центральный пассаж – пространственная структура с оранжереей. Третий блок имеет размеры в осях 40,0 х 48,8 м и четыре надземных этажа высотой 4,0 и 3,4 м. Высота трех подземных этажей – 3,2 м. Функциональное назначение блока – бизнес-центр. На 2,3 и 4 этажах расположены офисы свободной планировки. На первом этаже располагаются конференц-зал, ресторан и помещения администрации.

Apartment house in the center of Novosibirsk. This is an elite residential building with spacious layouts of apartments, the house has a height of 7 floors. The underground parking is projected, landscaping of the yard territory, there are two-level apartments. Style - neogothic. Used programs: Revit, Photoshop, CorelDRAW

The project of residential quarter. The area of the projected block is 19 hectares, 33% of which are allocated for gardening. The project includes a school, two kindergartens, a stadium and multilevel parking.

Cottage village for 1200 inhabitants. Includes: Individual houses, Townhouses, School, Kindergarten, Cultural and social center. Architecture is an energy efficient and environmentally friendly. Used programs: Revit, Photoshop, CorelDRAW

Tesla showroom and service station. Functionally the building is divided into: Showroom, Auto parts store, A cafe, Service station. Used programs: Revit, 3Ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, CorelDRAW

The interior of the exhibition hall in the style of minimalism. The area of the room is 424 square meters. The material of the flooring is a light and dark shade of ceramic granite, manufactured by Fiandre. In accordance with Tesla’s brandbuk, the interior shows the accents of the company’s red color.

The exhibition hall has panoramic glazing and is designed for an exhibition of four models of electric cars. (Model S, Model X, Model 3 and Roadster)

Cafe on the waterfront. On a concrete platform installed bright red canopy made of polycarbonate. This is a small cafe, in which six tables and a bar. The work was done with a rapidograph with ink. The details are made in the technique of pointeer. Also accents of red color in technology application of cardboard.

Rest area in the park. It is a wonderful landscape element that perfectly fits into the park environment. On some sections of the tape you can sit, as it becomes a bench. Also partially it is a wall or an arch. Thus, an organized landscape system is created.

This is a wash drawing with penand-ink key. The details are made in the technique of pointeer.

The project of the exhibition pavilion. The building is intended for an exhibition of contemporary fine art. The exposition room is solved by a single space. A rack-and-beam carrier system was used. The central span of the building is covered by a glass structure. The Voronoi grid is used on the facades.

The maquette is made of white cardboard, gray cardboard and transparent plastic.

Additionally, for the demonstration project was made maquette.

The structure created on the basis of the Voronoi grid was printed on a self-adhesive film and cut out on a plotter. And then glued to a transparent plastic.

The maquette demonstrates the idea and concept of the project. Also helps to feel the scale of the building and see the landing on the terrain.

To model and visualize the project, I used the program Revit, Postprocessing is done in the program Photoshop.

The idea of the project is the abundance of intersecting lines, which symbolize the rapiers of fencers.

Interior of the vestibule of the Siberian regional fencing center named after Stanislav Pozdnyakov. Room features: Panoramic glazing, Balcony second floor which has a rounding in plan, Second light.

This scheme illustrates the idea of landscaping in the territory of Zatulinsky Landscape Park. Combined existing and projected types of landscaping. In general, we can distinguish such types as: Coniferous trees, Deciduous trees, Landscape groups, Flowering shrubs, Flowering perennials, Lawns, Garden mixborders, Meadow-steppe mixborders. Each of these fragments shows the details of the park project. My task was to make photorealistic illustrations.

Design of small architectural forms. Landscaping. There are large flower beds in the form of petals. In these beds, meadow and steppe plants are planted. And also on one of the sides there are benches designed for comfortable rest of people. There is a built-in light. The material of these beds is concrete. The material of the benches is a wood-polymer composite. Used programs: Revit, Photoshop

One of the principles is a smooth bionic form, repeating the natural outlines of the hills.

The project of a bus stop. The bus stop consists of two pavilions in Scandinavian style. This modern technological bus stop is equipped with information boards, heated seats in the cold season and a system of fog generators for air refreshing in the summer. The back wall has a vertical gardening of climbing plants. Used programs: SketchUp, 3Ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop

My hobby is to create low-poly models and glue such sculptures from paper. This is a trendy trend in design. Low polygonal models perfectly complement any interior. In fact, they can be made from anything, be it cardboard, glass, metal or concrete.
