Members’ Clubhouse Christmas Lunch; Guards Polo Club; Sunday 12 December Members’ Festive Lunch & Lights

Members of the Club enjoyed a delightful Mosimann’s prepared Christmas Lunch, complete with carols from the choir of the Royal Chapel and all topped off with an exclusive visit to the Windsor Great Park Illuminated, which saw Windsor Great Park come alive with stunning projections, dancing stars and dazzling lights for the festive season. It is hard to believe another season has come to an end!

Inspired Arena Polo Masters Final; The All England Polo Club, Hickstead; Sunday 9 January Rain, Sun & Sunday Roasts!

The first day of the weekend, Saturday 8 January, saw biblical rains dampen the arena ground but not the spirits of the players and supporters, with revelry continuing late into the night. A return of the better weather the following day helped clear foggy heads and spectators enjoyed a fast-flowing Subsidiary Final followed by an exciting Final, all while bathed in glorious winter sunshine, a welcome sight after what was reported as one of the dullest Decembers on record, with just 26.6 hours of sunshine for the whole month. The whole weekend was rounded off with a Sunday roast in the Clubhouse – not a bad start to the New Year!
