Dear Sir/Ma’am,

I am a self-motivated Architect/BIM Architect with a Bachelor of Architecture and 7+ years of experience in design, Space Management and design execution teams on a range of projects. In 2015 I graduated as an Architect from TMU, Moradabad and also in 2016 I achieved Autodesk certified Professional in Revit, I am seeking to develop my skills in my next challenge and am very interested in joining the Architecture team.

My skills in modelling and designing projects using Autodesk AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit Architecture, Graphisoft ArchiCAD, Autodesk Navisworks, MS Office, MS Project and I also have an intensive knowledge on software such as Autodesk Revit Structure and Autodesk Revit MEP. My focus on getting a job done well and on time, have resulted in all projects being completed successfully and with very positive feedback from managers and clients. Expert in 4D pre-construction simulation, Point Cloud to BIM, BIM/CAD deliverable, Quality Control skills, Consultant coordination and team player.

I have a thorough knowledge of the processes of construction in Residential, Industrial and landscaping projects and also excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The University of Birmingham comprises a development of a 4500student university with a B+G+3+PL Massing. The Birmingham University campus is a 47,500m² campus development housing multipurpose lecture theatres, general teaching areas of 7,800m², library + student support areas of 5,650m² both wet and fry laboratories of 10,250m² and a catering school of 1,000m². The entire scheme has been split into two (2) phases where Phase 1 will accommodate 68% of the building facilities and Phase 2 will accommodate the remaining 32%.

EXECUJET DUBAI SOUTH- FBO + HANGERS

DUBAI – ExecuJet MRO Services Middle East has relocated to a new line maintenance premises at Dubai’s Al Maktoum International Airport (DWC) which is part of Dubai South; a new residential, commercial and logistics center southwest of the city center.

ExecuJet MRO Services’ new premises at DWC the first line maintenance facility at Dubai’s Al Maktoum International Airport .

ExecuJet also provides line maintenance at Dubai International Airport (DXB) where its heavy maintenance base is located. Meanwhile, construction is well-progressed on a new heavy maintenance base at DWC that ExecuJet MRO Services Middle East plans to open in Q2 2022. The maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) company is continuing to expand its MRO capability and certifications to meet operator demand. India’s Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), for example, recently certified ExecuJet MRO Services Middle East to carry out line and heavy maintenance on various types of Indian-registered Dassault Falcon business jets, namely the Falcon 7X and Falcon 8X as well as several variants of Falcon 2000 and Falcon 900.

JOTUN REGIONAL HQ AND R & D CENTRE- DUBAI,UAE

The office and R&D environment to high European standards while adhering to the local codes and regulations of Dubai, developed the client brief. This was a complex process spread over 12 workshops to coordinate with the end-users, which consisted of 4 individual paint departments, each with their own requirements, lab equipment and performance specifications.

Some project particulars:

Plot size 12,000 m2 (approximately 2 football pitches)

Built up area 31,000 m2

Building height: 21 meters. Ground floor + 3 floors

Basement: -10 meter under the entire plot consisting of 2 levels and includes 300 parking spots, R&D labs and furnaces. We will need around 10,000 truckloads for the total excavation.

JAFZA LOGISTICS PARK- DUBAI,UAE

This project name is JAFZA Logistics Park Warehouse for the client M/s. Jebel Ali Free Zone Authority located in Jabal Ali Industrial Area 2. The project concept is one main multi-tenant warehouse building, with independent facility accommodating 16 nos. of units. Warehouse has been designed to facilitate general storing requirements with separate entrances and loading/unloading area for each tenant, as well as offices area on mezzanine floor to run the facility.

JAFZA Logistics Park Warehouse at Jabal Ali Free Zone FZE, Plot S40603 with total area 148,393.19 sqm and Total built-up area of 47,396.17 sqm. The land will include the main warehouse building and ancillary block to facilitate the services connection and details as following:

Main Building Warehouse – Storage facility with offices on mezzanine floor. (Mezzanine floor to be core & shell)

Service Building – 2 nos. substations

1 underground pump room and water tanks

Underground holding tank

4 nos. waste skip areas
