Sa tamang agwat ng panganganak, pamilya ay aangat! RESPONSABLENG PAGPAPAMILYA PARA SA KAUNLARAN. The Commission on Population (POPCOM) is the agency mandated to be the central policy-making, planning, coordinating, and monitoring body for the population program. As such, it has been implementing the Philippine Population Management Program (PPMP) since 1969. The population program aims to contribute to better quality of life to Filipinos which would mean better reproductive health, attainment of population outcomes that are in harmony with available resources and reduction in population and inequalities in human development opportunities.
