The goal of this program is to offer an easily accessible, age-appropriate recreation program where school-aged children are provided with the opportunity to create friendships, have equal participation time while being supervised by a caring recreation leader.

Includes 60 minutes of active time in the gym and 60 minutes of a public swim. Please bring your own healthy snack if your child wishes to have a snack during the program. Drop off gymnasium and pick up at the pool. Please arrive in your swimsuit. Age: 7–10

Aromatic Essences derived from portions of the plants – discover the alternative form of healing! Learn the top ten essential oils, their therapeutic properties and how to use them every day safely and effectively. Discuss creating your own essential oil medicine cabinet. In class, create blends for sleep, concentration, lymphatic drainage, scarring, acne and other ailments. Create a personal synergy (blend), a roll–on, massage oil, a solid scent perfume, and a perfume spray. Recipes and blends provided. Age: 19+

A Beautiful Quilt

Explore traditional, modern and creative quilting techniques. This is a fun and creative class where you will learn a variety of different quilting methods. Learn modern piecing techniques, applique, collage, crazy quilting, strip quilting and more. Instructor will help assist you in selecting a project that is appropriate for your skill level. Basic sewing knowledge is required as well as good knowledge of how to operate your sewing machine. Age: 19+
