The $35K value is based on the RRP for two Splits Air Conditioning, Outdoor Barbeque, Colorbond, Sarking, Render and Rendered AAC Panelling on the Marriot 47 home. If you are wanting to remove individual items a credit will not apply. The Claytons Outdoor Kitchen is available to be upgraded with extra items including fitted sink, gas and waste outlet at the customers expense. Changes must be specified prior to contract signing.
