for bespoke enquiries Most of our clients are recommended to us from a previous satisfied customer, that’s because we partner with our clients to produce presentation products that work for your business. Due to the bespoke nature of almost all our products we have a process we follow to create your solution.

We need to talk. In this information age of multimedia, our bespoke solutions take care and attention. We need to know what you’re trying to achieve, when by and how you came to meet us in the first place, the nature of your audience, and what’s unique about you.
Then we go away and discuss with the team here at BoxcoUK. A creative Powwow will bring up further ideas, ways to create something that will work, and a guide on what it might cost. Until we have produced prototypes we can’t commit to any formal pricing. Throughout the process of prototyping and trialling we will keep this budget in mind, if we have reason to believe that it will be affected we will discuss this with you.
Prototypes are excellent for an initial trial, our studio rates are reasonable. We will require samples of the complete contents, either free issue, or we will source the other items required, and create a first prototype for consideration. A prototype is CAD produced as a one off from our digital template file, so it can be further adapted, and amended to better suit your requirement.
Trialling the product to be sure it will work is largely up to you. You know your market best. “Will clients appreciate it?”, “Will it have an impact?” “Is it better than what we do already? And very importantly does it fit the contents that it needs to?

Most clients have internal marketing and design teams or external agencies that work with a brand and understand what looks best for the presentation. Our studio are always on hand to answer any questions on the design and layout and are familiar with the regular graphics software. Alternatively our creative team can help and advise on the graphics for your product, these are charged as one off origination charges, depending on the involvement and we are happy to discuss the costs at this stage.
Okay we’re on the go, our production team takes great care with colour representations and any other specific client requests, our in house packing and fulfilment service allows your internal contact to watch the final bringing together of the project. This ensures that your product is just what you require.
