riginally built in 1906, this Cape Elizabeth mansion was utterly revamped for former Fairchild Semiconductor executive Darrell Mayeux by Anastos and Nadeau, with Joseph Waltman as architect, in the late 1990s before being flipped in 2003 with an asking price of $3.8M by Town & Shore Associates.
