harry
Popular burger joint Hello Harry, spearheaded by two-hatted chef Tony Kelly, opens next week next door to Atalanta Bar and Greek at the entrance of Portside Wharf. Hello Harry will be serving up generous sized burgers and icy cold craft beer in a casual dining room setting. Tony brings decades of fine dining experience to the party as ex-executive chef of Stokehouse at South Bank and the famous Sunshine Coast venue, The Wine Bar Restaurant. He teamed up with long time friend Scott Hoskins to create Hello Harry and has channelled his knowledge of gourmet cuisine into the humble burger. The funky new eatery will be the third Hello Harry restaurant to open, with established restaurants in Maroochydore and Caloundra, and we are excited to welcome them to Portside Wharf.

WINTER READY!
As the seasons change, so should your skincare routine - after all, to protect yourself from the cooler weather you change what you put on your body, so why wouldn’t the same rule apply to your skin? Ella Baché Hamilton at Portside’s Laura Hooper says May is the month to hydrate and rebalance your skin in order to protect it and ensure it gets the nourishment it requires to look and feel healthy throughout winter. Laura has shared her top list of “must-haves” if you want your skin to survive the winter unscathed: SERUM MARIN - helps repair flaky skin, assists in purifying and soothing the skin along with calming redness and inflammation.
SERUM ANTIASE - Vitamin C provides a natural antioxidant boost. It visibly brightens and hydrates the skin for a more even complexion.
