Before joining the Bella Collina organization, he was the top-performing sales professional at Reunion Resort’s Encore Club near Walt Disney World, generating approximately $32 million in pre-sales. Matthews moved into his successful stint at Encore Resorts after working for several high-profile private club communities, including Centex Destination Properties’ South Peak Resort in New Hampshire, Chechessee Creek Club near Hilton Head Island, S.C., and the Club at Cordillera in Colorado’s Vail Valley.
