HO KUA L A KAUA’ I - A TIM B E RS RES O RT Next to the tranquil waters of Kalapaki Beach, Poss designed the magnificent Hokuala Kaua’i resort. On site amenities include a Jack Nicklaus Signature Championship Ocean golf course, the longest stretch of continuous oceanfront holes in Hawaii, an infinity edge pool overlooking the Pacific, wellness programs infused with holistic island practices, and an adventure club for children. Interiors in collaboration with Wilson Associates.

T I M BERS KIAWA H OC EA N CLUB & R ESI DE NCES The Timbers Kiawah Ocean Club and Residences in South Carolina, is the ďŹ rst oceanfront private Residence Club to be built on Kiawah Island. This latest addition to the Timbers Resorts family also includes a collection of modern residences with private access to the beach, golf courses, parks and trails. Interiors in collaboration with J. THE INN AT S PA NISH P EA KS Lone Mountain Land Company and Montage International hired Poss to design the 50-room, and 25-timeshare residences resort property in Big Sky, Montana. The project features an après ski bar, outdoor terraces with hot tubs, and ďŹ re pits. The resort will be linked to the adjacent lodge and its amenities inclusive of a pool, restaurant, spa and retail. Poss is collaborating with J. Banks Design Group on the project interiors. Scheduled to open in late 2021.

T HE H OTEL JERO M E The Hotel Jerome has an illustrious past and a prominent presence in the heart of Aspen. Poss was selected by the Gaylord Entertainment Company, to submit a proposal for a 5-star renovation of the historic hotel. The design focused on preserving the heritage of the hotel while incorporating contemporary elegance. The project outlined complete interior renovation, guest rooms, the addition of a presidential suite, revamping of the terrace pool and spa, and an upgrade of the restaurant area.

ST. REGIS ASPE N R EM EDE SPA The St. Regis Remède Spa has a sense of place, and belongs within the context of its luxurious surroundings. The interior spaces of the spa are evocative of the mountains and mountain vernacular in a subtle and sophisticated manner, while carefully selected colors and materials create a warm and inviting environment.

P RESERVE AT BOTA NY BAY The Beach Club, The Villas, and Residences at Botany Bay, St. Thomas U.S. Virgin Islands, fit in harmoniously with their surrounding environment while simultaneously respecting and preserving natural beauty. The Beach Club has a magnificent, multi-tiered infinity-edge pool, a casual bar, grill and terraces that spill out to open lawn areas then down to the sea. Located on one of the most special places within the Preserve, the Villas are arranged at varying levels around the knoll at the highest point on the property. On this dramatic reach of land, each of these thirty homes is privately situated, lushly landscaped, and offers panoramic views of the beautiful slopes.

S NAK E RIVE R S P O RTING CLU B RAN CHES The Snake River Sporting Club Ranches project is nestled between the Teton Valley Mountains and the Snake River, south of Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Opportunities for adventure and enjoyment abound in this spectacular mountain getaway. Contemporary, rustic, luxurious interiors feature exposedwood craftsmanship and other natural elements, while sophisticated furnishings provide warmth and comfort to club members and guests.

HOTEL ASP E N Poss was tapped by owner Haymax Capital Group to design the ground up reboot of the Hotel Aspen on Main Street in Aspen, Colorado. The project includes an overall upgrade to the property featuring luxury residences and outdoor pool areas. Poss is collaborating with the interior design firm, LMD out of Austin Texas on the hotel interiors. The 54-room boutique hotel is anticipated to open in the fall of 2021.

POSS TEAM BILL POSS President Bill’s love of the mountains was the motivating force behind his move to Aspen, Colorado where he founded Poss Architecture + Planning in 1976. As Bill’s reputation for quality design and long-lasting client relations grew, the firm expanded into various project types, including executive conference facilities and luxury residential developments. More recently, master planning and design of golf and ski resorts, hotels, and other hospitality projects. Today, Poss Architecture + Planning and Interior Design has established a reputation throughout the United States and abroad. Bill’s design philosophy varies from project to project, depending on the physical elements and client’s needs. There is a strong commitment toward regional context and landscape integration with the architectural design of all projects. As the managing partner, Bill takes a personal interest in all Poss Architecture + Planning and Interior Design projects and works closely with each project team to ensure a seamless product and service. Bill is a registered architect in Colorado, Texas, Arizona, New Mexico, North Carolina and the US Virgin Islands, and served as Chairman of the Aspen Historical Preservation Committee from 1987-1995.
ANDY WISNOSKI Managing Partner & Director of Design Andy Wisnoski joined Poss Architecture + Planning Interior Design in 1989 and has been a partner since 2004. As Director of Design, he brings more than 30 years of experience, as well as expertise, to every architectural process, from project management to commercial planning to interior design. Andy received a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Design from Texas A&M University and has, in the career that followed, designed projects of all varieties, including corporate offices, resort facilities, retail projects, and single-family residences. Andy wields his robust and complementary skill set with clarity and vision, helping clients to realize their project goals in spectacular fashion. For his professionalism and flawless execution, he’s earned the loyalty of an international clientele, people who appreciate not only his design process but also the outstanding quality of his portfolio. 23
POSS TEAM KEVIN MORLEY Partner Kevin Morley holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Idaho. He joined Poss Architecture + Planning and Interior Design in 2005 and has a strong commitment to regional styling of architecture, using the site to develop a tie between architecture and its surroundings. He is known for paying special attention to the details that create a sense of permanence and historical reference from which the architecture is based. His diverse work experience has provided him with a broad range of construction methods, architectural styles and variety of architectural and planning design experience including the Snowmass Center Redevelopment in Snowmass Village, CO, the Lodge on Biltmore Estate in Asheville, NC, Clear W Ranch, the Inn at Spanish Peaks Big Sky, MT; Hotel Aspen, Timbers Kiawah Ocean Club & Residences on Kiawah Island, SC; and the Zentana Conference Resort in Denver, CO. Through the design and construction of hundreds of projects around the country and abroad, Kevin gained a depth in his work with insight into fresh ideas about building technology and project organization and has a firm grasp of what is needed to prepare and successfully manage projects of all types.
RACHEL GUEST Interior Designer, Senior Associate Rachel Guest joined Poss in 2015 and currently heads up the Interior Design team, providing both creative leadership and eective team management. She received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design from the American Intercontinental University in Los Angeles, California and holds accreditations with IIDA and LEED AP. Rachel’s experience in both commercial and residential design is extensive, spanning more than 15 years. Her design sense is modern and timeless, creating exceptional spaces that evoke balance, beauty, and harmony to enhance the experience of their occupants. She credits her success in design to her unique process, a blend of artistry, technology, and innovative techniques that are meticulous and inspired.

JUSTYNA ZA CK M a r k e t i n g D i r e c t o r, A s s o c i a t e Born and raised in Poland, Justyna has lived in Aspen, Colorado for the past 18 years. After obtaining her Bachelor of Arts degree from the College of Tourism and Hotel Industry in Gdansk, she embarked on an extensive and fulfilling marketing career. She brings to Poss Architecture + Planning and Interior Design a wealth of experience in social media marketing, on-line and off-line branding, project management, advertising, and the enhancement of client and business relationships. Prior to joining Poss, Justyna worked for Related Colorado, the mountain division of the Related Companies, LLC, and Snowmass Hospitality, its property management and vacation rentals subdivision. A dynamic networker and relationship builder, Justyna has been active in the Aspen Youth Experience Annual Conference for Girls in the 8th Grade, the Snowmass Village Rotary Club, and the Aspen Young Professional Association. She is a graduate of Roaring Fork Leadership Class of 2010 and has served on that organization’s board of directors, and also as vice president of the board of directors of the Early Learning Center.
