SENATOR SID BUCKWOLD BRIDGE REHABILITATION PROJECT BEGINS APRIL 15, 2019 The Senator Sid Buckwold Bridge will undergo a major rehabilita#on star#ng on April 15, 2019. The project will also include improvements to the Idylwyld Drive over 19th Street ramps. Work will happen over the next two summers (2019 and 2020) in order to minimize the impact on traffic and eliminate the need for a full bridge closure. FUD District sites where the Holding Symbol (H) is currently applied will be amended to R1A District with Holding Symbol (H) and R1B District with Holding Symbol (H). The Holding Symbol indicates that outstanding condi#ons for development are not yet met. This includes servicing and transporta#on infrastructure. Once condi#ons have been sa#sfied, a Zoning Amendment applica#on to remove the holding symbol can be submi!ed.
