NUTANA NEIGHBOURHOOD PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO OFFICIAL COMMUNITY PLAN BYLAW – NUTANA LAND USE POLICY MAP – BYLAW NO. 9561 Saskatoon City Council will consider an amendment to Official Community Plan Bylaw No. 8769, proposed by Urban Capital Property Group and Victory Majors Investment Corp., regarding land in the Nutana Neighbourhood.

By way of Bylaw No. 9561, The Official Community Plan Amendment Bylaw, 2019 (No. 2), the Nutana Land Use Policy Map will be amended to change the land use designa$on of 604 and 610 Broadway Avenue from “Medium Density Residen$al” and “High Density Residen$al” to “Special Area Commercial.”

A corresponding rezoning of the subject land is also proposed in associa$on with this ma"er.

By way of Bylaw No. 9514, The Zoning Amendment Bylaw, 2019 (No. 6), 1045 North Service Road is proposed to be rezoned from a DAG1 D – Agricultural District 1 – to an IL1 – General Light Industrial District, subject to a Zoning Agreement.
