CALL FOR APPLICATIONS SASKATOON PUBLIC LIBRARY BOARD The Saskatoon Public Library Board helps connect the ci$zens of Saskatoon to lifelong learning and engagement opportuni$es in order to meet present and future challenges. The Board fills a governance role for the municipal library system as outlined in The Public Libraries Act; and to ensure that library programs, services and facili$es meet the needs of the ci$zens of Saskatoon. Considera$on for service on this Board includes the following general qualifica$ons and one or more of the specific skill sets: • Knowledge of the public library and its services; • Possession of a valid library card; • Connec$ons with Indigenous community and commitment to reconcilia$on; • Involvement with early childhood literacy programming; • Experience with capital campaigns and fund development; • Connec$ons with New Canadians; • Financial exper$se; • Philanthropic connec$ons; and • Legal exper$se The Board holds a minimum of eight mee$ngs per year, on the third Wednesday of the month at 4:00 p.m. Addi$onal mee$ng $me is held each month should it be needed. BRIGHTON NEIGHBOURHOOD PROPOSED CONCEPT PLAN AMENDMENT Saskatoon City Council will consider amendments to the Brighton Neighbourhood Concept Plan submi"ed by Saskatoon Land in conjunc$on with Dream Development. The proposed amendments to the Concept Plan consist of minor residen$al land use changes and roadway reconfigura$ons primarily in the southeast area of the neighbourhood. The changes relate to the following: • Changes to the residen$al land use designa$on of certain parcels that controls their intended density and form of development; • Reconfigura$on and addi$on of rear lanes in select areas; • Removal of laybys originally intended to provide local access to residen$al land uses adjacent to select arterial and collector roads; • Reloca$ng the south access from McOrmond Drive 60 metres north to provide a more efficient design and servicing scheme that allows underground u$li$es to serve development parcels on both sides of the street; and, • Removal of a proposed wet pond in the southeast corner of the neighbourhood. This eastern most pond has been reviewed and deemed not required for storm water storage and is not a natural wetland.

By way of Bylaw No. 9645, the Cannabis Business License Amendment Bylaw, 2019 (No. 2), the following licensing regula$ons are proposed: Fees: The proposed license renewal fee for a Cannabis Retail Store or Cannabis Produc"on Facility is $85.00. The proposed fee for a Cannabis Retail Store or Cannabis Produc"on Facility that changes loca"on is $125.00.
