No final decisions may be made at closed mee$ngs. If there are closed mee$ngs they will be noted in the above lis$ng.

PUBLIC NOTICE

INTENT TO BORROW City Council will be considering a report from the Administra$on at a Council mee$ng to be held on Monday, September 30, 2019 at 6:00 p.m., Council Chambers, City Hall recommending: That the following planned borrowing be approved through an internal Green Loan: a) up to $3,670,000 for the Light Emi!ng Diode Streetlight Conversion program; b) up to $944,600 for the St. Paul’s Hospital Combined Heat and Power project; and c) an allowable 10% variance on the borrowing requirements for each project iden$fied. Any variance greater than 10% of the borrowing amount iden$fied must be reported to City Council. The Ci!es Act and The Public No$ce Policy Bylaw No.8171 require that City Council give public no$ce before borrowing money, lending money or guaranteeing the repayment of a loan.
