NOTICE OF PREPARATION OF THE 2019 PROPERTY ASSESSMENT ROLL CITY OF SASKATOON
Pursuant to Sec&on 187 of The Ci!es Act, no&ce is hereby given that the Property Assessment Roll for The City of Saskatoon for the year of 2019 has been prepared and will be open for public inspec&on at the Assessment and Valua&on Office of Corporate Revenue, beginning January 2, 2019 between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and statutory holidays.
The Assessment Roll will remain open for inspec"on un"l February 4, 2019. Council has passed a bylaw pursuant to Sec&on 184 of The Ci!es Act dispensing with the prepara&on of assessment no&ces for all proper&es. All required assessment no&ces will be mailed star&ng on January 2, 2019. Any person having an interest in any property who wishes to appeal the valua&on, classifica&on or content of the relevant no&ces to the Board of Revision is required to file the appeal in wri&ng, together with the appropriate fee no later than February 4, 2019. Soak up the memories, remove all the ornaments, take one final whiff of that beau&ful tree smell, then reunite it with all its friends at one of six City drop-off sites. - Lawson Heights Recycling Depot – Primrose Drive by the Lawson Civic Centre - University Heights Recycling Depot – Lowe Road - Meadowgreen Recycling Depot – corner of 22nd Street West and Witney Avenue - George Ward Pool parking lot – 5th St & Grosvenor Avenue - Wildwood Golf Course parking lot – 4050 8th Street East - Doukhobor Society parking lot - 525 Avenue I South at 17th Street Your tree, while it may not deserve such a fate, will be chipped (Ouch!) and composted or used as mulch.
