BE IN THE KNOW ABOUT SNOW

Saskatoon’s high traffic roads and priority streets are cleared within 72 hours of a snowfall. What you can expect: • Circle Drive and freeways are cleared first, followed by busy streets and neighbourhoods. • If another snowfall or blowing snow occurs within the 72-hour timeframe, crews may return to clear the highest traffic streets. What you can do: • Please reduce your speed and allow yourself time to reach your destination. • Watch for blue and amber flashing lights on snow maintenance equipment. • Be prepared to stop at least 15 metres (about 2.5 car lengths) behind snow maintenance equipment. Visit saskatoon.ca/snow or contact us at snow@saskatoon.ca and 306-975-2476.
