Most assessment related concerns can be resolved by speaking with an assessor first, before deciding to file a formal appeal with required fees. If you would like to file a formal appeal regarding your property’s assessment, your notice of appeal and fee must be received by the Board of Revision during the 30-Day Customer Review Period, January 2, 2018 – February 2, 2018.
