Regular and Public Hearing meetngs of City Council are broadcast live on Cable 10 startng at 1:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m., respectvely. Regular and Public Hearing meetngs of City Council, including meetngs of the Standing Policy CommiZees are also video-streamed live on the City’s website as well as archived for future viewing. SMOKE-FREE OUTDOOR PUBLIC PLACES Changes to The Smoking Bylaw No. 8286 take effect January 1, 2016. New rules prohibit smoking and vaping in and around outdoor public places including parks, swimming pools, playgrounds, outdoor sports fields, public squares and recreaton areas where the public is customarily admiZed or invited.
