SMOKE-FREE OUTDOOR PUBLIC PLACES Changes to The Smoking Bylaw No. 8286 take effect January 1, 2016. New rules prohibit smoking and vaping in and around outdoor public places including parks, swimming pools, playgrounds, outdoor sports fields, public squares and recreaton areas where the public is customarily admiZed or invited.
