NOTICE OF PREPARATION OF THE 2016 PROPERTY ASSESSMENT ROLL CITY OF SASKATOON
Pursuant to Secton 187 of The Cites Act, notce is hereby given that the Property Assessment Roll for The City of Saskatoon for the year of 2016 has been prepared and will be open for public inspecton in the Office of the City Assessor, beginning January 4, 2016 between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and statutory holidays. The Assessment Roll will remain open for inspecton untl February 5, 2016. Council has passed a bylaw pursuant to Secton 184 of The Cites Act dispensing with the preparaton of assessment notces for all propertes. All required assessment notces will be mailed startng on January 4, 2016. Any person having an interest in any property who wishes to appeal the valuaton, classificaton or content of the relevant notces to the Board of Revision is required to file the appeal in writng, together with the appropriate fee no later than February 5, 2016.
