Once again, Saskatchewan’s premier handcraft festival is set to warm up SaskTel Centre, Dec. 4 through Dec. 6. Over 200 amazing artisans and specialty food producers will offer their wares just in time for Christmas shopping! The faire has always focused on promoting various artistic endeavours and making them available to the general public. The inaugural edition of the I Love The ‘90’s Tour invites attendees to reminisce about the trend-setting decade with some of the most iconic, indelible names in rap, hip hop and R&B. 96.3 Cruz FM presents the I Love The ‘90s Tour, April 2 in Saskatoon at SaskTel Centre with artists including Vanilla Ice, Salt N Pepa with Spinderella, Color Me Badd, Rob Base and Young MC. Audiences can expect to hear chart-topping hits like “Let’s Talk About Sex”, “Shoop”, “Ice, Ice Baby”, “I Wanna Sex You Up”, “It Takes Two” and more during a fun-filled night out that doubles as an arena-sized dance party. SaskTel Centre along with Rock 102, AGT Foods, and the Delta Bessborough Hotel are pleased to announce the return of Rock the River - Saskatchewan’s Classic Rock Festival. This three-day outdoor event will be held on August 18, 19, and 20, 2017 in Saskatoon’s iconic Delta Bessborough Hotel Gardens features an outstanding line-up of classic rock bands that will perform their arsenal of hit songs which music fans have grown to love. The Rock 102’s Rock the River Festival presented by AGT Foods is part of the hugely popular Rock 102’s Show & Shine weekend. Saskatoon will be the place to be on August 18, 19, and 20!

FIRESIDE SINGERS MAKE CHRISTMAS MEMORIES S U B M I T T E D BY T C U PL AC E

On Dec. 17 and 18 at TCU Place – Marilyn Whitehead and the Saskatoon Fireside Singers will once again celebrate their Christmas Memories Production. In mid October, the Fireside Singers enjoyed an exciting and highly praised collaboration with the Saskatoon Symphony Orchestra featuring “On Broadway” selections. They anticipate receiving the same enthusiastic response from their audience as they prepare their 44th Annual Christmas Memories Program. The 100 voice choir will feature many of the best loved seasonal and sacred songs representing most genres from classical to contemporary favourites. Audiences have been inspired, entertained and delighted by hearing powerful arrangements of traditional carols, African folk songs and songs expressing our need for peace, faith, courage and love, balanced with a great mixture of light hearted, fun-filled repertoire. This Fireside production has

grown into a city-wide traditional family Christmas event. The production showcases many of Saskatoon’s renowned soloists such as Trevor Wingerter, Sean Brandt, Jordie Hughton and Madison McLean. The singers are supported by a refined orchestra of internationally acclaimed instrumentalists, featuring Guy Few, Allen Harrington, William Boan, Randi Nelson, Terry Sturge, Sophie McBean, Darrell Bueckert, Martin Janovsky, Doug Gilmour, TBone as well as guest artists
