SaskTel Centre hosts CEBL Championship weekend SaskTel Centre hosts the dramatic conclusion of the inaugural Canadian Elite Basketball League season in its championship weekend, Aug. 24 and 25. Game tickets are now available starting as low as $45 in the lower bowl of SaskTel Centre. Tickets are available by calling the Rattlers office at 306-244-2181, visiting the Rattlers website (TheRattlers.ca) or visiting Ticketmaster box office at SaskTel Centre. Fans are able to choose between the Weekend Package which includes admission into the CEBL Awards Gala and the Championship Weekend After-Party, the Game Package which includes access to all three Championship Weekend Games (2 semi-finals and finals) or just single game tickets. This is the Rattlers first season in the newly formed CEBL which has brought a unique and exciting entertainment experience to Saskatchewan since May. Playing out of the SaskTel Centre, the Rattlers currently have a 6-8 record. Saskatchewan’s newest professional sports franchise has not only provided fans with worldclass professional basketball but also a fantastic opportunity to spend quality time with their friends, family, or colleagues. TCU Place hosts new wine festival: Wine Expo YXE Saskatoon will have a new wine show this fall, presented by TCU Place and Saskatoon Co-op Wine, Spirits, and Beer. Wine Expo YXE will make its debut Sept. 27 and 28, 2019. This show promises to be the most exciting wine event in Saskatchewan, bringing consumers and trade together for a wine only exposition. Attendees will enjoy 200 wines from more than 50 wine vendors, entertainment, an on-site store (so you
can take home your favourite wines), and appetizers. Two show packages are available. International Tasting begins at 7 p.m. and goes until 9:30 p.m. and includes eight wine samples and appetizers. Tickets are $50 per person, plus applicable taxes and fees. The Elite VIP Tasting goes from 6 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. and includes access to the exclusive VIP Hour from 6 to 7

Rob Zombie and Marilyn Manson bring Twins of Evil tour to SaskTel Centre Rob Zombie and Marilyn Manson bring their notorious Twins of Evil tour to SaskTel Centre, Aug. 6. Billboard magazine said the tour makes a “big rock show feel like, not only the right place to be, but also the best.” Produced by Live Nation, the co-headlining “Hell Never Dies Tour 2019” North American summer tour kicked off in Baltimore and criss-crosses North America. Rob Zombie’s new album is due out this year and he is currently putting the finishes touches on his new film Three From Hell. Marilyn Manson is working on the follow up to his critically acclaimed 2017 release Heaven Upside Down.
