Multi-million pound centre BY KELLY WICKHAM kelly.wickham@sussexpost.co.uk WORK IS almost complete on a multimillion pounds business centre in the city. THe ÂŁ6 million Enterprise Centre will provide affordable accommodation for new or small to medium-sized businesses.

THe building, located in Terminus Road, has been built by Chichester District Council in order to create jobs and encourage the growth of start-up, businesses in the district. THe 3,282sqm of high-quality workspace includes serviced and managed offices, workshops and shared workspace in a purpose-built development. Leader of Chichester District Council,

Cllr Tony Dignum, said: "Local business people, both established and those planning to set up new businesses, have told us that they want to see more affordable, flexible, quality business accommodation. "In response to this, we have developed the Enterprise Centre, which we believe will help to encourage economic growth in the area." Basepoint, who already have 30

centres, have been chosen to manage the Chichester centre which will offer flexible business accommodation, with a range of options from renting a desk for an hour through to permanent office space. THe centre offers 82 units in total which include fully functioning offices, studios and workshops which range from 12 to 65sqm. Turn to page three
