Thank You
Thank you for moving on and off the page with us at this year’s Edmonton Poetry Festival! I would like to sincerely thank our community partners, sponsors and venues who year after year support this festival of words! Thank you to the board of directors and committee members who shift and nudge all the pieces throughout the year. To our amazing volunteers, I cannot thank you enough for all you do to keep this festival alive. Nothing would flow without you! My deepest thanks to both our visiting and local poets who enrich this community so much! To my teammates, Alice, Katrine, Michael, Al, Patrick, John and Rusti, thank you for your thoughtful and inspiring deployment of PoFest15! And a final thank you to you, our audience and membership for joining us again this year. I sincerely hope you come away with even more appreciation for the poetic art form and how it weaves itself into all our stories. I hope that at some point during this week you were struck breathless by a new poetic voice and that you found a moment that touched you, that stays with you throughout the year, and that calls to you to come back for more. Yours in Words,
Rayanne
