Join us for an Active Summer Adventure in Arosa Building on the success of our programme in Arosa last summer, we're delighted to welcome you to experience an altogether different summer adventure. Carefully designed to open up a wide array of opportunities in this scenic alpine wonderland, our team will support you so you all have a seamless stay and enjoy lots of new experiences. We have selected Arosa thanks to its unique location at the end of a high Alpine valley, surrounded by beautiful peaks which shelter the resort. With no transit traffic, the mountain village is much quieter, and the air is particularly clear and pure. You will feel far away from the crowds and the bustle of the city or the thronged beaches of the Mediterranean as you take to the mountains, hosted by our experienced team, who will introduce you and your family to a whole variety of carefully selected activities. We'll deliver you a programme which makes the most of the amazing landscape, the activities and sports available so no day is the same. Our Powder Byrne team will be based in Arosa from the start of the summer holidays, ready to welcome any children in your party into an exciting half-daily programme embracing all the sports and attractions in and around the resort. Older children from 10 years are in for a treat in our PB Mountain Adventure Academy which will include mountain biking skills school, archery and survival activities, rope parks, lake swimming, and so much more during a supervised programme of adventures and activities from 9 am - 1 pm daily.

Whilst your children are off exploring with our experienced team and new-found friends, you are free to indulge your own passions in the mountains with our guides combined with some deserved relaxation. Arosa boasts some serious spa and wellness facilities perfect for recharging the batteries, as well as an exciting gourmet scene for culinary adventures. A unique ski tour for adventurous skiers, taking in the best of the Dolomiti superski, with a point to point route that spans over 100km of stunning skiing and dramatic vistas, accompanied throughout by your private guide. Starting your tour from the exclusive resort of Cortina d’Ampezzo, your guide will accompany you on a 2 day journey across the stunning valleys and peaks of Trentino and Alta Badia. You’ll ski around the Cinque Torri, down the hidden valley of Lagazuoi, onto the Pralongia plateau where, after a full days skiing, you’ll enjoy overnight accommodation in beautiful Corvara. Five night ski and mountain adventure designed for advanced and expert skiers seeking an off-piste thrill Did you know that back in 1985, the idea for the 'Powder Byrne' name came from the 'burning' sensation you get in your legs when skiing 'powder' snow? Powder Byrne certainly does have roots deep in the powder snow of Grindelwald in the heart of the Jungfrau region and we’re keen to share this skiers paradise with you. Our exclusive ski adventure is perfect for avid skiers looking for an adrenaline-packed long weekend full of ski touring, unique mountain experiences, great food and company this winter season. Staying in Grindelwald at a four-star superior hotel, we invite you to join us for five nights hosted by Powder Byrne, showcasing the very best of all mountain skiing and together searching for the best powder runs in the Bernese Oberland.

ARRIVAL DAY Arrive in Grindelwald with your luxury group transfer and check into your hotel. After collecting your touring equipment and passes we will enjoy a special torchlight hike and welcome fondue.

DAY 2 Your Powder Byrne ski host and Mountain Guide will meet you for an early start at your hotel for the first lifts to the Grindelwald-First area. After a few warmup runs, we start our search for the best powder and off-piste runs around the Schwarzhorn and the Faulhorn with peaks over 2,900m. After a hard day skiing into the early evening, we finish at a Mountain Hut for a traditional Swiss dinner and drinks before the final ski run back to town with torchlights.

DAY 3 Another early start and first lifts to face the ski slopes near the north face of the iconic Eiger. With your Powder Byrne ski host and Mountain Guide, we will head near the Kleine Scheidegg and Mannlichen areas to ski the best itinerary runs and tour off the beaten tracks. In the evening, relax at the hotel spa and enjoy a social evening in the charming town of Grindelwald. 21

DAY 4 After two long days of powder skiing, we understand your legs may be feeling some strain, however, you are still eager for a mountain adventure. After an enjoyable breakfast at your hotel, your Powder Byrne ski host will drive you to Grund to meet our Mountain Guide and travel up to the legendary Eiger north face. Whilst perched at an altitude of 2,000m at Stollenloch in the north face, with climbing gear and harnesses, we will sip hot beverages over the outstanding views below. For the bravest, you can abseil down part of the north face for a once-in-a-lifetime climbing experience. After learning about the famous Eiger, we journey higher to the top of Europe, the Jungfraujoch. After a short briefing, you will receive your snow shoes and harnesses and we venture out over the glacier for an out-of-this-world experience.

DAY 5 Another early start with your Powder Byrne ski host and Mountain Guide picking you up at your hotel for a short drive to Murren for the first lifts.

When it comes to skiing in Japan, many British skiers will think of the northern island of Hokkaido and the vast backcountry skiing opportunities around Niseko. However to truly experience the breadth and variety of skiing in Hokkaido, you need local expertise to unlock the best skiing, the hidden gems and smaller resorts where the backcountry is deep and steep and the slopes are quiet. Accompanied by your Powder Byrne ski guide, we will show you the very best skiing, hosting you and coordinating all your transfers and accommodation arrangements in hand-picked properties. Our Hokkaido Ski Safari is for experienced skiers who want to ski the deep powder that Hokkaido is famous for. ARRIVAL DAY

Arrive at Tokyo Haneda International Airport and connect to the domestic terminal for your flight to the New Chitose Airport in Hokkaido. You'll be greeted by your English-speaking assistant and escorted to your private transfer to Niseko (2h15mins). You'll meet your Ski Guide at your hotel on arrival who will assist you with all your rental requirements.

DAY 2 & 3 Your Powder Byrne ski guide will meet you after breakfast and introduce you to the best slopes in the Niseko United resorts with hand-picked lunch and dinner options.

DAY 4 You will travel by private vehicle to Rusutsu (45min) and enjoy a full day skiing. Rusutsu offers the largest number of lifts in the region and is famous for powdery treeline skiing. Return back to Niseko for a relaxing onsen and delicious dinner.

DAY 5 Depart Niseko for Kiroro (1hr) to ski this exceptional backcountry resort with your guide. Enjoy the largest terrain of regulated off-piste, a magnate for experienced skiers. Late afternoon you'll depart for Furano by private transfer (2h45min).

DAY 6 & 7

After a hearty breakfast, you'll head out onto the slopes of Furano with your Powder Byrne ski guide to enjoy the excellent terrain infamous with experienced skiers and boarders who come in search for the fabled Hokkaido powder. Overnight in Furano. The following day you have the choice to continue exploring Furano, or an optional excursion to Asahidake, where quiet backcountry bowls provide a playgound for advanced powder skiers in search of virgin terrain. Overnight back in Furano. DAY 8

THE DETAILS Our Hokkaido Ski Safari is designed to provide expert skiers with the ultimate experience in Hokkaido, away from the masses, experiencing authentic ski resorts, enjoying hand-picked Ryokans, 3 and 4 star hotels.

The price is from £7,375 per person based on 2 people sharing a double or twin room on a bed & breakfast basis.

After breakfast you will depart Furano for Sahoro by private transfer (1hr10mins). Your Powder Byrne ski guide will introduce you to the best of the advanced skiing, with spectacular views across the Tokachi plain below. Late afternoon private transfer to Tomamu (35 mins). Overnight Tomamu.

Price includes 10 nights accommodation in hand-picked hotels.

DAY 9 & 10

All transfers and private drivers (excludes international and domestic flights).

Your next 2 days will be spent exploring the skiing available in Tomamu with your private ski guide including the treeline skiing and sanctioned off-piste terrain. Overnight Tomamu. DAY 11+

Return back to New Chitose Airport and fly to Tokyo Haneda airport where we can arrange an extension to your programme with a few nights in Tokyo with a private guide. Alternatively, fly to Osaka Itami airport and we will arrange an extended itinerary in the awe-inspiring UNESCO World Heritage city of Kyoto, Japan's old Imperial capital. Extended itineraries are subject to availability and additional cost.

All ski passes in Hokkaido for the duration of the ski safari. Dedicated Powder Byrne ski guide to accompany the group and show you the best slopes and the best conditions throughout the safari. Tohoku Ski Safari featuring Alts Bandai and Zao Onsen, Japan A ONCE IN A LIFETIME SKI SAFARI ACROSS LESSER-KNOWN TOHOKU RESORTS

The attraction of skiing in the Tohoku region is that thanks to the exceptional bullet train network, there is no need to take an internal flight from Tokyo. Take a train to Koriyama station (1h 20mins) and a short private transfer (1hr) and you'll pull into your hotel ready to hit the slopes the next day feeling fresh.

Zao Onsen's rich cultural heritage sets it apart from other resorts. It offers a more authentic experience compared to internationally-styled resorts like Niseko, attracting skiers seeking a deeper connection to Japan's history and culture.

Firstly you'll discover the largest ski area in Tohoku, spanning the 3 mountains of Mt. Bandai, Mt. Nekomagadate and Mt. Umaya, enjoying 2 full ski days in Alts Bandai with your Powder Byrne ski guide. From there, your private transfer (2h 15mins) will deliver you to Zao Onsen, a legendary ski resort in central Tohoku, your base for the next 3 nights.

Zao Onsen is a unique ski resort with a rich history and natural attractions offering 57 slopes served by modern gondolas and lifts. The town has been welcoming visitors since 860, and its steaming sulphur waters have made it a famous onsen spa town. The acidic baths throughout the resort offer rejuvenating effects and are a must-try experience. Known for its incredible powder snow, interconnected ski zone and 'Snow Monsters' (trees laden with deep snow and frozen into unearthly forms). The Juhyogen slope stands out as the longest intermediate run in the resort, spanning over 10 km from the top to the village centre.
