Step Interval Aerobics Step interval is one of the most popular forms of aerobic exercise and allows us to achieve maximum results in a relatively short period of time. Step aerobics is a variety of steps and jumps on the step-platform combined with dance moves and strength exercises set to dynamic music. Step aerobics may include exercises from basic aerobics and is a workout that focuses on the development of endurance which can be combined well with athletic training. Step aerobics can also combine elements of dance as well as strength training using dumbbells, body bars and bands. To increase your level of intensity, just change the height of the platform. This allows you to train in a group of people with different levels of training and provides an individual approach in the classroom. Regular practice of step aerobics improves physical state of your heart and lungs, and reduces the risk of cardiovascular diseases. Aerobic Step 1 is recommended for people with average levels. In Step 2 we use more complicated choreography and learn new combinations. You'll quickly lose calories and get a good shape. Group lessons will give you an extra incentive and these classes are always fun and are held in a dynamic environment. Soon you will be able to move gracefully, become more confident and be in a good mood.
