Tai-Bo brings beauty and strength The tai-bo system is gaining popularity all over the world. It is designed for active and energetic people and experts say that regular tai-bo exercises make a body impeccable. So how does the tai-bo system work? This is a specially designed set of exercises, carefully selected elements of aerobics, karate and kickboxing. Tai-bo includes a variety of components – cardio training, movement to tone the whole body, and strengthening the heart and increasing stamina which is very important. Tai-bo consists of elements of martial arts, so the exercises can to some degree replace self-defense classes. This is a very active system similar to aerobics. Like other systems, tai-bo starts with a warm-up. Next is the main program at a rapid pace, and in the end - more relaxed stretching exercises. During the execution of the main part of the program, participants, under the guidance of a coach, work out the elements of martial arts.
