Sinjini Sengupta is an erstwhile Actuary turned into an award-winning author, multiple times TEDx speaker & international columnist. She is the founder of Lighthouse where she serves the mission to "Bring Hearts To Work". She's received several international awards & felicitations for her literary contributions, influence, and change-making, including a walk down the hallowed red carpet at the 69th Cannes Film Festival in 2016.
She is also a Distinguished Toastmaster, the highest education degree from Toastmasters International. And the National President of Mentoring & Soft Skills at Women Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industries. She supports large communities as a Mentor/ Coach/ Influencer on a no. of platforms such as Toastmasters International, Sheroes, Jobs for Her, etc.

Sengupta is uniquely placed at her mission with 12 years of a rigorous corporate career, 8 years of active intense liberal arts practice with multiple forms like writing, speaking, theatre and film screenplay, media and columns, and several years of deep spiritual seeking and studying of Buddhism and Vipassana. She combines these gifts to serve her calling in the overlap of SDG 3, 4 and 5 to help discover and develop the voice and vision of the future leaders that will individuate their personal and professional roles beyond the ordinary. Her work integrates interdisciplinary tools of Creative Writing, Storytelling, Conscious Communication, Emotional Intelligence, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and socio-psychological insights to help you develop your individuated presence and influence in life, career and business.
