CHAIRMAN, CONTINUAL IMPROVEMENT COMMITTEE DUBAI QUALITY GROUP

Adel Mohammed Yousif is Chairman of the Continual Improvement Committee in Dubai Quality Group, under the oversight of the Dubai Department of Economic Development and under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum. In line with the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, the Dubai Quality Group was established to develop and promote Quality and Business Excellences practices in the UAE, serving as a platform for networking, knowledge and the promotion of quality of service, allowing the UAE to be a global leader in business excellence. Additionally, Adel has a senior role in Strategy and Corporate Development for Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC), and a member of the Board of Trustees for Circle of Hope UAE, a non-profit organization founded by Her Highness Sheikha Shamma bint Sultan bin Khalifa Al Nahyan, designed to provide education and entrepreneurial opportunity to women and youth in challenged regions, such as refugee camps.

Adel holds MBA from Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge, England. Adel is a strong advocate for ethics, integrity, and accountability in the workplace, and regularly mentors junior executives and youth in leadership, team building, and business ethics.
