Even if you have been operating in a self- belief or self- image which burdens your soul for decades there is light within you. That well below the surface is ready to reveal itself.

You are in for a treat! Replenish Me ™ Personal Experiences are all about you reconnecting with your soul and using the elements as tools! You pick the destination and I create the space.

Replenish Me ™ Experience is designed to guide you inward and recalibrate your nervous system and way of being. Linguistically to replenish is to refill and pour into. The meaning I derive from that is spiritual and cellular allowing deep transformation with the elements in open inquiry and spiritual exploration. There is much spaciousness in the schedule to allow for integration of your transformation and connection with others in between excursions. The work I do with my clients is most impactful in retreat.

Connecting with the elements

Similar to my group retreat, you will have the opportunity to experience the elements of fire, air, water and earth daily with me in a variety of expressions which reflect your inner world. Although Replenish Me has four steps in the process, release, restructure, refresh and rebirth, you do not have to limit yourself to them. You can transcend and create what I like to call a Joy Bubble
