HANS ERNI Original Lithographs
Although little known in the UK, Hans Erni is one of Switzerland's best known 20th Century artists. In 1979 he was honoured with his own Hans Erni House museum in Lucerne. His work is also to be found in museums and great collections world wide.
Kathe Kollwitz and Max Slevogt and also became truly aware of the rising struggle between the Left and the National Socialists. In 1930 Erni moved to Paris and became increasingly interested in contemporary French painting, particularly that of Picasso and Braque. He joined the Erni will be 104 in February of this year.
