The James Ryan Professor of Film Studies at the University of Nebraska, Lincoln, Wheeler Winston Dixon is a teacher, filmmaker, and the author of more than thirty books, and over a hundred articles. He is regularly interviewed by the BBC, CNN, The Christian Science Monitor, The Los Angeles Times, NPR, The PBS Newshour, USA Today and others on digital cinema, film and related topics. He also maintains a blog, Frame by Frame, and a series of more than 70 short educational videos.
