Irem Clubhouse grab and go options are available at the apartment building.

CIP REHABILITATION INC.
Located in the Irem Clubhouse, CIP Rehabilitation’s professional staff provide outpatient rehabilitation services including physical, occupational and speech therapies. They also offer a weekly Senior Fit Club class.

We offer one- and two-bedroom apartments where you can take in a sunset from the rooftop balcony or meet with neighbors in common areas. In a quaint neighborhood setting, villas feature two-bedroom and two-bedroom/den floor plans with one- or two-car garages.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Enjoy a private, spacious home while we manage day-today services and maintenance for you. We’ll work with you to find the option best suited for you and your budget.
ENTRANCE FEE OPTIONS INCLUDE:
Guaranteed Appreciation Plan – Under this plan, you would be guaranteed 90% of the entrance fee paid within the first year of residency. Each year thereafter that you reside in your apartment or villa, you would receive an additional 1% of the original entrance fee paid toward a future refund to you or your estate.
Eight-Year Declining Balance Plan – This option is a lower financial investment with a refund balance that declines gradually over an eightyear period. The length of stay determines refunds to you or your estate. The amount of refund declines at a rate of 5% the first month and 1% each of the following months. After eight years, there is no remaining refund.
THE APARTMENT RENTAL FEE OPTION INCLUDES:
Maintenance and all the services and amenities listed on page 5, covered under one monthly fee. There is no entrance fee. (Apartment entrance fee options are available upon request.)

CARE COORDINATION
Our experienced and professional team is here to help. On-site staff can provide resources and guidance with any transition of care, whether in your home or with a health care provider in the community.
IN YOUR HOME
Our staff can help you coordinate services such as Meals on Wheels, transportation, pharmacy deliveries, home care, home health care, dermatology or podiatry through our community partners. To ensure you find a good match, our approved provider list includes only private duty service companies that have met certain requirements.
REHABILITATION SERVICES
Find the assistance you need on your road to recovery after a hospitalization with rehabilitation services through our preferred community partners. Available on-site, CIP Rehabilitation offers outpatient services, including physical, occupational and speech therapies.
NURSING & PERSONAL CARE
Rest assured knowing you have priority access to quality health care, if needed, through our network of community partnerships.
Our preferred health care partners include Meadows Manor and Meadows Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, located a short distance from our campus. Masonic Village locations throughout Pennsylvania are also an option for health care services.
FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
Financial assistance is available to those who qualify and who remain within Masonic Village’s care. It is required that your financial resources are preserved for the cost of your care and services, and our staff will help you to identify all available financial assistance, when needed.
FIVE THINGS TO KNOW
1. Anyone age 60 and older may apply. For couples, one person needs to be age 60 and the other at least age 55. Anyone age 55 and older may sign up for the priority wait list. For additional requirements, please contact the Sales & Marketing Office.
2. Move-ins average approximately three months, and Masonic Village has various resources to assist you.
3. We know your pets are part of your family, and you may bring up to two into your new home. We’ll provide specific guidelines based on your preferred residence.
4. Masonic Village may provide support to qualifying individuals who may no longer be able to afford their services, at some point in the future, for reasons beyond their control. Our staff can provide guidelines.
5. Residents receive priority access to personal care and nursing services with our preferred partners or at another Masonic Village campus in Pennsylvania.

Join Our Priority Wait List
Whether you’re planning a move soon or in a few years, the priority wait list application is simple to submit. The deposit is fully refundable if your plans change.
STEP 1: Please contact the Sales & Marketing Office to talk about next steps.
STEP 2: Complete the priority wait list application. It is enclosed in this packet and available to print from our website.
STEP 3: Mail the application with a check payable to Masonic Village for $1,000 (entrance fee option) or $200 (rental fee option). The priority application deposit will be credited to your entrance fee or monthly service fee at the time you accept an accommodation. If you choose not to move to our community, the deposit is fully refundable.
STEP 4: We’ll notify you based on the date you joined our priority wait list and an accommodation you have selected on your wait list application is available. This will begin the formal application process. Final qualification comes when you accept an accommodation and complete our formal application with supporting documentation.
