Great American Outdoor Show MONDAY, FEB. 3
Pick-up: 9 a.m. Return: 2 p.m. Cost: $12 (pay at the door) Located at the Farm Show Complex in Harrisburg, this nine-day event celebrates hunting, fishing and outdoor traditions treasured by millions of Americans. The show features more than 1,100 exhibitors ranging from shooting manufacturers to outfitters to fishing boats and RVs to archery to art, covering 650,000 square feet of exhibit hall space. Please note: a lot of walking is required for this trip.

Jim Correnti studied at New York City’s Juilliard School as a scholarship student, receiving his Bachelor of Music Degree in 1970. He has been a soloist with the Garden State Philharmonic Orchestra and the Plainfield Symphony (NJ) and performs more than 250 shows annually.

Attorney Alvin Blitz from the Masonic Charities Office of Gift Planning will address these issues, specifically the use of charitable remainder trusts to extend the time period beyond 10 years for inherited IRAs. Located at the Farm Show Complex in Harrisburg, this nine-day event celebrates hunting, fishing and outdoor traditions treasured by millions. The show features more than 1,100 exhibitors ranging from shooting manufacturers to outfitters to fishing boats and RVs to archery to art, covering 650,000 square feet of exhibit hall space. Meet and greet outdoor celebrities and participate in exciting demonstrations and events. Please note, it also gets very crowded in the complex.

Tour the original pretzel bakery founded in Lititz in 1861. The Sturgis family is the oldest pretzel baking family in America, and the Julius Sturgis Pretzel Factory was the country’s first commercial pretzel bakery. Learn how Sturgis’ old-fashioned recipe and methods were established, and how they’re still used today. The cost includes a tour, a handmade soft pretzel (made by you) and a hard pretzel for tasting. If there is an early dismissal, afternoon trips are canceled. If school is canceled, so are the trips for the day.
