Stress Less Over the Holidays

The holidays are a wonderful time for many, but they can also be a stressful time for others. Sign up for a four-week newsletter campaign designed to help manage your stress and anxiety over the holidays. Stop down at the Wellness Center to receive a weekly handout (or ask for it to be delivered to your mailbox). Remember, you can also pop into the Wellness Center to have your blood pressure checked, if interested.
