The Wellness Center is located on the ground floor (across from the bowling alley). We have state-of-the-art cardiovascular machines, new pneumatic strength training equipment and an HUR balance trainer. The center is staffed with trained personnel Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

However, many critical contributions from local militias and naval forces are frequently overshadowed in history. Among these unsung heroes are the Cape May Navy and the Egg Harbor Guards, whose roles were instrumental during this formative period in American history.
