Are you ready for some football?
Stop by the Wellness Center to learn more about a four-week exercise incentive challenge revolving around football. Residents will earn yards and points based on how much they exercise and participate in wellness activities. Sign up in the Wellness Center by Nov. 4 and ask Kara or Jeanine for more information. The program starts on Nov. 7.

The Wellness Center is located on the ground floor (across from the bowling alley). We have state-of-the-art cardiovascular machines, new pneumatic strength training equipment and an HUR balance trainer. Staffed with trained personnel, Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
