Located in the Star Points Building, the Barley Wellness Center offers state-of-the-art equipment, fitness classes and an indoor pool and spa. Trained staff will help you develop a personalized fitness program. Open 24 hours, with staff available Mon. - Fri., 6 a.m. - 4 p.m. Pool hours: Mon. - Fri., 8 - 11 a.m.

Fit For Life focuses on balance, strength and flexibility to help strengthen and stabilize you for a better quality of life.

Our instructor, Nikki, will guide you through gentle stretches to improve flexibility and balance and increase range of motion, making it easier to perform everyday tasks.

Our instructor, Claudia, will guide you through a gentle half-hour yoga session of seated and standing poses focused on strength, relaxation, balance and flexibility.

Designed to work your entire body, this class will benefit individuals who are looking for an active cardiovascular workout with intervals of strength, flexibility and rangeof-motion exercises.

The Village Workshop Meeting Tuesday, July 13 10 a.m. Activity Room 5

The Masonic Village workshop is a non-profit club giving MVS residents the opportunity to use a space for woodworking, crafting and minor repairs. There are a wide variety of hand and power tools available for use. There is a separate “finishing room” for painting and varnishing. There are enough work stations located in the shop for several people to work at the same time. All are welcome. We hope to see you there!
