A Few Things to Know
Do you accept Medicare and Medicaid?
Yes. Masonic Village is Medicare and Medicaidcertified (for nursing care only), and we serve individuals who are eligible to receive Medicaid upon admission, provided they have not made transfers of assets as specified in Masonic Village’s admissions policy. Our staff can discuss insurance or medical assistance questions at the time of application.
May I bring my own furnishings?
We provide an electric twin bed, night stand with lamp, recliner and dresser. A flat screen television is attached to the wall for each resident. Additional furnishings and personal items (pictures, remembrances from home, etc.) may be brought as space permits. This could include a favorite chair or small table.
Where will I eat meals?
Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served in the dining room, where you may choose from a daily menu. A dietitian or dietary manager is available, by appointment, to discuss your special diet requests or requirements.
How will I obtain prescription medications?
Masonic Village Pharmacy, which participates with several prescription drugs plans, can provide your medications. We also participate with the Veterans Administration.
Who oversees medical care?
Our medical director will oversee your care. We have several on-site clinics, including occupational therapy, optometry, dermatology, phlebotomy, physical therapy, podiatry and speech therapy. Staff will arrange referrals and appointments on your behalf if you need a specialist.

Amidst a comfortable and secure environment, our staff provide around-the-clock nursing care, and a physician is on call at all times. Transfer agreements with area hospitals for inpatient and outpatient services add to the care you receive.
Select from a variety of breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack choices, available at your convenience. Find options which meet your individual nutritional needs and tastes.
Financial assistance is available to those who qualify. It is required that your financial resources are preserved for the cost of your care and services, and our staff will help you to identify all available financial assistance when needed.
