Methods • For the jalebi batter combine refined flour, semolina, yogurt, sugar, baking powder, pandanus water, cardamom powder, and saffron water. • Mix well by adding little water. • Let the batter ferment for 2 hours. • Transfer the fermented batter to a squeezy bottle. • Heat oil in a pan.
